What Is Colon Hydrotherapy and How Is it Done?

Colon hydrotherapy is another term used to describe a colonic. During colon hydrotherapy, warm water is introduced into the colon through a small tube inserted into the rectum. The therapist will use several fills and releases to flush out the colon and remove waste and toxins.
